CGTN's host Robert Laurence Kuhn, "an international friend who told stories of contemporary China to the world", has been awarded a friendship medal for his support towards China's reform and opening-up at a conference celebrating the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up policy in Beijing on Tuesday.
