Juventus of the Italian soccer league Serie A announced on Wednesday that as part of the club's cooperation with NBA's Brooklyn Nets, a "Juventus Night" will happen on December 7 at the Barclays Center alongside the game between the Nets and the Toronto Raptors.
This will be the first time that an Italian soccer club will work with an NBA team to present an event in an NBA game at a fancy arena like the Barclays.

The event will be a gala in "black and white," which are the signature colors of Juventus. From the lighting outside the Barclays to the screens above the court, the building decor will feature these colors for the whole evening.
Before the games begin, fans will first enjoy the "Derby d'Italia" between Juventus and Inter Milan in a "Watch Party" inside the arena and together with David Trezeguet, the club's beloved former star and current Team Ambassador.

The gala at the Barclays Center is not the first move by Juventus to promote their brand and expand their market in the U.S. According to Calciomercato, the club have already presented basketball shirts that have the Juventus logo in their official stores. Basketball and soccer stars working together on business events is not news but two teams of the two sports cooperating is definitely a new exploration.
Juventus has remained undefeated so far in Serie A and led by six points on the standings table. The team's pressure came from the UEFA Champions League in which they will meet the challenge from Li Liga's Valencia on November 27 at home.
