The workers harvest salt in southern Vietnam's Hon Khoi salt fields where is famous for not only long and beautiful beaches but also making salt. It is considered one of the largest salt fields nationwide. The salt farmers of Hon Khoi got up before the sunrise as they have for generations, fanning out across shallow seawater pools to harvest the precious mineral, hoping for a better season than the last.
