Political analyst Eleanor Clift on Trump healthcare plan

Passing major legislation is regarded as a measuring stick for any new US president. In George W. Bush's first 100 days, seven bills were passed. Barack Obama had eleven. But Trump's American Health Care Act is now officially dead after failing to gain enough support from the president's own party.
It's the Trump administration's second major policy setback, after his travel bans were thwarted by federal courts. Earlier, CGTN spoke to political analyst Eleanor Clift, who shared her insight on the bill's failure.
