A group of elementary school students from South China's Zhejiang province have come to Beijing to report on the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) annual sessions.
Aged 9 to 12, the 11 little journalists have been assigned to NPC deputies and CPPCC members' residences to interview them on their motions and proposals.
Young and inexperienced, they are nevertheless determined and hard-working, posing questions that cover all aspects of Chinese society under the guidance of their team leader.

Shen Jiachen, 11, asked a CPPCC member about measures necessary for a better management of Mobike, an online short-distance bike rental service. His reports will later be published on the Zhejiang Little Journalists website (http://xjz.zjol.com.cn/) and Wechat account.
These little journalists were chosen by Zhejiang Daily Press Group, which has organized this project for five years. They have also covered CPPCC and NPC committee events in Zhejiang province.
