Sports Scene returns with football, with the Chinese Football Association holding an off-season meeting in Wuhan. The governing body of football in this country announcing a new policy for professional leagues, with under-23 players and their participation among the most notable policy changes.
This is how the stipulation works, teams must have the same number of foreigners on the pitch, as they do U-23 players. This is in an effort to see the country's youth players improve. There is no rule stating how long the youngsters must play. As for import ratio, the total number of foreigners on the pitch cannot go beyond three in Chinese Super League matches. In China's League one, the number of import players cannot be more than two. During the Chinese F-A, if teams from different tiers meet, the rules used by the lower-tier side will be used.
