Taiwan Explosion: Oil refinery explodes in Taoyuan city early Monday morning

Local media are reporting an oil refinery in Taiwan's Taoyuan city exploded early Monday morning, at around 6:40 local time.
About 40 fire vehicles were sent to the scene, and the fire has been brought under control. Nearby residents said they heard huge explosions lasting for about ten minutes. An initial investigation showed the explosion was triggered by a pipe rupture. No casualties have been reported yet.
