US President Donald Trump has signed legislation imposing new sanctions on Russia into law for its interference in last year's presidential election, a White House official said on Wednesday.
Besides that, Trump also accepted new congressional sanctions which also included Iran and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
This move came just a few days after the White House said Trump intended to sign the bill that imposes sanctions on the three countries.
