BRICS foreign ministers to meet for talks in Beijing

Foreign Ministers from the BRICS countries are scheduled to meet for talks in Beijing on June 18 and 19, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang said on Tuesday.
Lu said China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi will chair the meeting.
Annual BRICS summits have taken place since 2009, with member countries taking turns to host.
China will host the 9th such event in Xiamen in southwest Fujian Province in September.
The BRICS group comprises five emerging economies; Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
