Jack Reynolds, from Chesterfield, took a spin on the Twistersaurus at Flamingo Land in North Yorkshire on Thursday, his birthday.
“I was amazed. I was really amazed,” said the great-grandpa.

Last year, Reynolds became the oldest Briton to get a tattoo. He now wears “Jacko 6.4.1912” permanently on his right arm. He also became the world’s oldest person to fly in a Tiger Moth aircraft in 2016, and the world’s oldest person to complete the Ice Bucket Challenge in 2014.
As well as ticking off another record-breaking activity, Reynolds used his Thursday rollercoaster ride to raise money for the local air ambulance service.

Living a long life is inspiring enough, but performing feats like these past the age of 100 is simply breathtaking.
Here is a tip from the centenarian with a forever-young soul: “Work hard, always smile, get plenty of fresh air and last but not least have a tot of Grouse whisky in your tea in the mourning and a tot before bed.”
