South Korea Earthquake: Magnitude-5.4 quake hits country's southeast, causes no major damage

In South Korea, a magnitude-5.4 earthquake has hit the southeastern city of Pohang in North Gyeongsang province.
The country's second most powerful quake on record shook buildings but caused no major damage or injuries. Authorities said tremors were felt across the country, but the state-run nuclear operator said operations at its power plants were unaffected.
