Top Employers in China: Chinese companies recognized for world-class employee conditions

Every year, the Top Employers Institute lists organizations with world-class employee conditions. 76 companies in China were recognized this year. They're in different business sectors, including medicine, food, and automobiles.
Many firms from around the world are recognized year in and year out. Fast food chain Golden Arches has made it to the list eight times, for its constant creation of opportunities for young people. And healthcare company Abbott is making its seventh consecutive appearance. The company believes that real success comes from the success of every employee.
Nine criteria are used to assess the best places to work, such as talent strategy, performance management and compensation and benefits.
Top Employers Institute says all companies on the list share one thing in common. That's a clear employer value proposition, or EVP, which can help companies lead the development of talent but not to unconditionally give in to what employees ask for.
