NASA's Juno sent back high definition panorama pictures of Jupiter this week. The photos were taken when the space probe was at an altitude of 62,800 miles (101,000 kilometers). /CFP

Unfortunately, NASA announced to end Juno project last Sunday as the aircraft had been out of correct track for too long. Researchers may not make further attempt to seek any other method to direct it back to correct track. /CFP
Juno was planned to orbit Jupiter in 14 days but accidentally two valves could not open on time, which made Juno remain on the same position till now. /CFP
The spacecraft was a part of the New Frontiers program and was carrying out polar orbit of Jupiter in 2016, for a scientific investigation of the planet. /CFP
But the accident helped researchers take a panorama picture over Jupiter. /CFP
