China's Foreign Ministry has criticized the new US sanctions on the DPRK.
HUA CHUNYING CHINESE FOREIGN MINISTRY SPOKESPERSON "Regarding the new sanctions announced by the U.S. Department of Treasury, I would like to reiterate that the Chinese government has been comprehensively, accurately, faithfully and strictly implementing the UN Security Council's DPRK-related resolutions. China is firmly opposed to any country implementing the long arm jurisdiction of domestic law against any Chinese entity or individual. If there is solid evidence proving that there is any violation of the Security Council resolutions in Chinese territory, China will deal with it in accordance with laws and regulations."
