[]
Now to the Korean Peninsula. South Korea's Unification Ministry says the next round of talks between Seoul and Pyongyang will be held next week.
The meeting will cover details of the DPRK's participation in the Pyeongchang Games. About 20 people from the DPRK will attend the meeting, half of whom are athletes. Only two figure skaters from the DPRK have qualified for the Games, but neither of them have applied for their events before the deadline. The DPRK and South Korea will also have a meeting with the International Olympic Committee on the 20th of January in Switzerland to further discuss the DPRK delegation.
