Kenya's opposition says it has inaugurated its leader Raila Odinga as the country's alternative president.
News outlets are reporting the government switched off three TV stations after they aired live broadcasts of the ceremony. It comes after three months of unrest and two contested presidential elections, which eventually put Uhuru Kenyatta into power. However, Odinga claims the election was rigged and refuses to accept the result. The attorney general earlier warned that challenging the official president could be considered treason.
