Thousands of Myanmar refugees have been streaming across the border into China.
It is the second time in a week the Chinese government has set aside a resettlement area for incoming refugees.
Very close to Nansan, China's southwestern Yunnan Province, clashes continue in northern Myanmar between government forces and armed ethnic groups.
As many as 20,000 refugees have crossed the border into Chinese territory. Camps have been set up to help those affected by the conflict, but the future of those who fled their homes remains murky.
