Afghanistan Blast: At least 63 killed, scores wounded in central Kabul explosion

We start in Afghanistan, where the death toll from a suicide car bombing in the capital, Kabul has risen to 63. More than 150 are wounded.
The blast occured in the city center, where foreign embassies and government buildings are located. Witnesses said an ambulance blew up as it approached a police checkpoint. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the explosion, just a week after it claimed another attack in Kabul which killed more than 20 people.
