2017 Boao forum to focus on globalization and free trade

This year’s Boao Forum for Aisa, themed "Globalization and Free Trade, the Asian Perspective”, will open on Thursday in Boao, south China's Hainan Province.
The forum will include 42 sub-forums and 12 closed-door dialogues with more than 80 ministers, leaders of international organizations, and business executives to attend.
Topics of discussion include monetary policy, financial technology, land and supply-side reforms, as well as issues in the real estate market.
New areas of the economy, such as a shared economy and artificial intelligence, will also be discussed.
