The Tamaulipas Institute for Migrants says the Mexican city of Nuevo Laredo receives more deportees from the United States than any other city in the country. Many of these migrants are at risk when back in Mexico and are preyed upon by the drug cartels. CGTN's Martin Markovits reports.
