Pyeongchang Winter Olympics: DPRK's top legislator to lead high-ranking delegation

South Korea's Unification Ministry says the DPRK's top lawmaker, Kim Yong Nam, will lead a high-ranking delegation to the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
Kim will be the highest-level official from the north to visit South Korea in four years. The delegation will include three delegates and 18 supporting officials. The Unification Ministry also says a DPRK art troupe will travel by ship to perform during the Olympics.
