South Korean Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon says a delegation of around 400 to 500 people from the DPRK is expected to attend the PyeongChang Winter Olympics in February. During high-level inter-Korean talks on Tuesday, the DPRK agreed to send high-ranking officials, athletes, and journalists. The two countries will map out details of the delegation's visit. Lee hopes the PyeongChang Games will soothe ties and lower security risks on the Korean Peninsula.
