2018 Winter Olympics: DPRK offers talks with ROK about art troupe's dispatch

DPRK has proposed talks with South Korea regarding plans to send a performing art group to the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. South Korea said it would review the proposal.
Leader of the DPRK group Moranbong band, Hyon Song Wol, is one of the four delegates set to attend talks next Monday. The Moranbong band is an all-female music group, performing pop, rock and fusion styles. Pyongyang confirmed it would attend the Olympics. It boycotted the 1988 Summer Games in Seoul, meaning Pyeongchang will be the first Olympics it attends in the South.
