At least five people were killed in a shooting at a Pennsylvania car wash early Sunday morning.

The shooting happened in the community of Melcroft, about 90 kilometres south-east of Pittsburgh, at around 2:45 local time. The victims were three men and two women. At least one other person was wounded and taken to the hospital, though further details on their condition have not yet been released. Authorities are trying to determine if the shooter was among those found at the scene. A motive for the shooting remains under investigation.

Gun violence is not new for the Americans. But still the latest high school shooting in Kentucky shocked the country.
