Sexual Violence in India: Eight-month-old girl raped at home in Delhi

Still in India now, and an eight-month-old girl is recovering in hospital after she was raped at her home in Delhi. It is reported her 27-year-old cousin has been arrested and charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. He could face a life sentence if convicted. The head of the Delhi Commission for Women tweeted "the worst has happened".
