Syria says it destroyed the majority of the Israeli missiles that targeted a military position outside Damascus. It said the attack was launched from inside the Lebanese airspace. Israel has refused to comment on the statement. Meanwhile, 31 civilians -- including children -- have been killed in more government airstrikes on the rebel-held district of Eastern Ghouta near the capital city. At least 80 civilians are believed to have died in Tuesday's attack.
