“Some call me Nature. Others call me Mother Nature. I’ve been here for over 4.5 billion years, 22,500 times longer than you…” Against the backdrop of breathtaking forests, seas and mountains – the voice of a young girl implores viewers to care about the planet, as Nature is Speaking. 

Danna, a primary school girl from Beijing, whose father is a college teacher, was filmed reading from the script of Conservation International's award-winning "Nature Is Speaking" film. Clearly passionate about nature and the planet, she’s practicing her English at the same time.

Danna’s father shot the video of her daughter reading the script of the film, and hoped it would help raise awareness about protecting nature. Watch the clip of the film – it’s impossible not to be moved by this little girl’s tender voice!
