We begin with the world's biggest annual migration -- China's Spring Festival travel rush which kicked off Thursday. Today, we shine the spotlight on migrant workers. Tens of thousands of migrant workers in Guangzhou in southern Guangdong Province and other Pearl River Delta cities have begun hitting the road to head home by motorcycle for the Spring Festival. In Guangdong's neighboring Guangxi Province, the service station in east Wuzhou city is a major stopover for travelers. Every year during the festive period, the service station offers free food and maintenance for riders. Guangdong is the province with the largest number of migrant workers in China. Every year, those whose hometowns are in nearby regions opt to get home via motorcycle, preferring to cut down their travel time via road journeys, amid the difficulty in procuring train tickets. However, with the development of China's extensive railway network, the number of the migrant workers riding motorbikes to head home has decreased. According to Wuzhou local authorities, since 2008, the number dropped from 300 thousand to just 75 thousand last year.
