Philippines Volcano: Over 61,000 displaced as Mt. Mayon spews lava and ash

61-thousand people in the Philippines have been displaced after Mount Mayon started spewing lava. The volcano also produced an ash plume 5 kilometers high. It's been rumbling for about ten days - forcing tens of thousands into camps. Army troops and police officers have been deployed to help villagers evacuate their homes.
