Iranians have expressed disappointment towards Trump's sanctions announcement. However, they are optimistic about their country's future, and believe Washington's decisions will not influence their lives.
IRANIAN LAWYER "This will leave no impact. The US has been imposing sanctions against us over the past forty years. Our lives will not be affected no matter if Trump will withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal or not. We were hopeful two years ago when the deal was signed, but there are no expectations now. You can see such expressions on everyone's face."
IRANIAN ENGINEER "I think the US never cares about human rights, but it abuses human rights in various ways. This will not affect my life no matter if Trump lifts sanctions against Iran or not."
