[]
Eleven people have been wounded in an explosion outside an aid agency office in Afghanistan. Attackers set off a car bomb in the city of Jalalabad and then clashed with security forces. There was no immediate claim of responsibility. The blast came just days after Taliban militants attacked the Hotel Intercontinental in the capital, Kabul. At least 20 people, including 13 foreigners, were killed in that attack.
