‘If you don’t want war, go away from Chinese territory’: Chinese colonel tells Indians

Things got heated on a recent episode of CGTN debate show The Point with Liu Xin, when Senior Colonel of the Chinese Ministry of National Defense Zhou Bo confronted Ashok Mehta, a former Major General of the Indian Army, over a land dispute on the border between the two countries.

Mehta accused the Chinese media of “taking India to war” while Zhou replied adamantly that the region known as “Doklam” in India and “Donglang” in China was Chinese territory and that Indian troops risk conflict by being there.
