Meanwhile, the two sides are holding talks this weekend ahead of that high-level dialogue. They have been communicating via a re-opened hotline, and their discussions are focusing on the composition of their delegations. Seoul has proposed sending a five-member delegation. Next week's dialogue will be their first high-level, face-to-face contact in over two years.
