A massive brawl between Kurdish and Turkish supporters broke out at Germany's Hanover airport, during a demonstration against Turkey's military action in Syria.
Local media say pro-Kurdish protesters gathered at the airport, and were then attacked by Turkish Airlines passengers. Released videos show protesters waving flags and having fist fights with a group of men. The police had to use pepper spray to separate both sides. Nearly 180 people were involved in the fighting, forcing some Istanbul-bound flights to be delayed.
