Fidel Castro Diaz-Balart Dies: Eldest son of late Cuban revolutionary leader commits suicide

Fidel Castro Diaz-Balart, the eldest son of late Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro, took his own life Thursday morning. Diaz-Balart was 68. Cuban state-run media reported that he committed suicide after months of treatment for being in a "deeply depressed state". He was a doctor of science and served as scientific advisor to Cuba's Council of State.
