The Saudi-led Gulf countries have drawn up a list of demands for Qatar, with the hope of easing the region's diplomatic rift. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson revealed the message in a statement, one day after the US questioned the motives of isolating Qatar.

On Wednesday, Tillerson said the US hopes Arab countries involved in a diplomatic split with Qatar can present Doha a list of “reasonable and actionable” demands to resolve the crisis.

Tillerson also called for the unity of Gulf countries to put the focus on fighting ISIL. On June 5, four Arab countries imposed a blockade on Qatar, accusing the country of funding terrorism. Qatar has denied the accusations.
