Turning to the latest on last weekend's oil tanker collision in the East China Sea. Fourteen vessels from China, South Korea and Japan have now joined the search for the missing 31 crew members. However, their efforts are being impeded by flames from the burning tanker as well as poor weather conditions. Officials say Chinese rescuers will continue their search until all hope has been exhausted. One body has been retrieved so far. China's Maritime Safety Administration has launched an investigation into the incident.
