At least seven people are injured after a truck hit pedestrians and two other vehicles in San Francisco Monday afternoon. Police say the incident was not related to terrorism. ABC-7 TV reported that a box truck hit two pedestrians after making an illegal left turn. It also smashed into a parked car and a Mazda sedan with a family of five inside. According to the San Francisco Fire Department, one of the pedestrians sustained life-threatening injuries. The other was also seriously hurt. The family in the car suffered minor injuries.
