Israeli company Caliber 3 has launched a program focusing on the importance of vigilance and caution to teach tourists about terrorism in Israel in the Gush Etzion settlement bloc in the West Bank.

The company said it wanted tourists to know about Israel Defense Forces and how terrorism influence people’s life.

"If I need to raise my weapon against someone, it means I have no other choice, this was my last choice, and this is the way for us to train, to be sharp enough, fast enough, accurate enough and put messengers in the field to protect life and not to take life,” said Eitan Cohen, chief counter-terrorism instructor of Caliber 3.

Most visitors to the bloc came from the US, China, Japan, India and South America. They were keen to experience Israeli-style security training which is an attraction condemned by some Palestinians and an anti-settlement group.
