The world's first Sonic Runway is on display at Chengdu IFS (International Finance Square), one of the most trendiest shopping complexes in the Chinese city. The showcase of sonic art is based on the integration of science, technology and art.

Created by American artists Robert Jensen and Warren Trezevant, the light-art installation converts audio signals into a pattern of lights that shoot down a corridor.
