Iran's President Hassan Rouhani says the United States has failed to undermine a nuclear deal between Tehran and major powers. On Friday, US President Donald Trump agreed to waive sanctions against Iran for the last time to give the United States and European allies a final chance to amend the pact. Under the deal, Iran agrees to curb its nuclear program, in exchange for lifting of most sanctions.
