The 23rd session of UN climate talks is continuing in the German city of Bonn. The two-week meeting is meant to map out guidelines for the implementation of the Paris deal signed in 2015 to limit global warming.
This year's meeting is a test of how countries around the world manage the landmark deal after the US said it would back out of it by 2020. China says it hopes the draft guidelines will reflect the needs of all parties and all the key elements in the Paris agreement.
