Taiwan Refinery Explosion: Oil refinery explodes in Taoyuan City

A fire at an oil refinery in Taiwan's Taoyuan City has been brought under control. No casualties were found.
Local media report the explosion occurred early Monday morning. About 40 fire vehicles were sent in. Nearby residents say they heard huge explosions lasting about ten minutes. An initial investigation shows a pipe rupture triggered the blast. Classes were suspended at three schools. Taiwan's environmental department says air quality won't be much affected, thanks to wind and rain.
