ISIL has released a video showing what it claims is significant damage to Syria's Tabqa dam.
The group accuses the US-led coalition of targeting the dam, which is located 40 kilometers upstream of the jihadists' stronghold Raqqa on the Euphrates river, with airstrikes.
The Aamaq News Agency video includes aerial footage of smoke rising over the dam and what ISIL claims to be a destroyed control room and an unexploded missile.
The coalition however has questioned the authenticity of the video, saying it was taking every precaution to ensure the integrity of the dam.
