A severe storm hit southern and central California overnight Friday, causing flash floods and forcing the evacuation of hundreds of people from their homes. At least four people were reportedly killed in this storm. Moreover, according to LA fire department, a 55-year-old man was electrocuted after a tree downed a power line.
