At least 38 people are dead after twin suicide bombings around dawn at an open-air market in Iraq's capital. More than 100 others were hurt. It's the deadliest attack since last month's declaration of victory over ISIL. These bombings come just two days after a suicide bomber struck a police checkpoint in northern Baghdad. Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi ordered security forces to find the terrorists. No group has so far claimed responsibility.
