Tan Zhongyi from China has won the Women's World Chess Championship tournament in Iran’s capital Tehran on Friday.
According to the World Chess Federation, the 25-year-old Chinese player claimed the championship with a 3.5-2.5 score, defeating Anna Muzychuk from Ukraine.
