A 1,200-member election committee will vote for the fifth-term Chief Executive (CE) of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) on Sunday.
It is the first CE election since the city was afflicted by deepening divisions during the 2014 Occupy Central movement. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of HKSAR.
