Envelope bomb injures one employee at IMF's Paris offices

One person was slightly injured after an envelope exploded when it was opened at the International Monetary Fund’s offices in central Paris on Thursday, said police.
The explosion was caused by a homemade device, said the head of the French capital's police force.‍

The victim, a secretary for an unnamed senior manager, suffered burns to her hands and face, and employees have been evacuated from the building, according to the police.
Armed police and soldiers were seen securing the area around the IMF offices.
On the same day, another attack was reported at a high school in the southern French town of Grasse, in which at least three people were injured.
