Giant panda Tao Tao has been released back into the wild in southwest China's Sichuan province after getting the all-clear in a health check. Tao Tao was taken in by staff at the province's panda conservation center on Thursday and given a thorough examination. He was the first panda to be raised by its mother without any human interference before being initially released. The staff replaced his tracking chip and they will continue to monitor his condition for further research.
